I have a thing for lemons. 🍋 Tangy and tart is my love language. Here are a few of my favorite baked creations featuring lemon. Beginning with my Meyer Lemon Cheesecake with Biscoff Crust. The readers of Food52 think it’s pretty special ~ just read the comments. The test kitchen has gotten a bit creative with the recipe and zhuzhed it up with a cloud of meringue and drizzle of preserved lemon caramel. It looks spectacular and worth trying.
