Yellow bag of soil in a garden

My Spring Begins With Soil3

February 26, 2023 By Lucy Mercer

This is not a sponsored post. It’s just a few words about Soil3, product I use in my garden.

My spring begins when my Soil3 is delivered.

According to my calendar, there’s about a month before the vernal equinox, the beginning of spring. Here in zone 7b, I’ve spied a few early signs of spring. The hydrangeas are popping out leaves at their base, the daffodils are waving in the wind, and the bees are buzzing around the edgeworthia.

My plans for this spring include planting tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers in the keyhole garden. I’ll pot up the usual couple dozen planters with annuals. And I’ll refresh the perennial beds around the house. For all this, I need soil and Soil3 is the best, most convenient product I can get.

It’s a superior product — organic, humus-rich soil sold by the cubic yard. But I gotta tell you, the convenience factor wins me over big time. No more plastic bags. No more scheduling truck time with the grumpy husband who has to load and unload soil.

The nice people at Soil3 deliver the soil to my house. There’s not an upcharge for delivery. The price you pay includes delivery. Soil3 offers an early bird deal if you order before February 28.

There are many more reasons to love Soil3. I’ll leave you with one more. The Soil3 blog is jam-packed with organic gardening information. Check it out if you want to be a better gardener (and gardeners never stop learning, right?).
